Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website or using the Data iQ platform, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.
Use of the service
Data iQ grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for your internal business purposes for the duration of your subscription. You may not resell, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying software.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping user credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your accounts. Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorised access.
Customer data
You retain ownership of all data you connect to Data iQ. You grant us the limited right to process that data to provide, support and secure the service. You confirm you have the right to share the data you connect.
Availability
We work to keep the platform continuously available and may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. Availability commitments, where offered, are set out in your subscription agreement.
Intellectual property
The Data iQ platform, website content, branding and documentation remain the property of Data iQ and its licensors.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Data iQ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data, arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active customers, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
